Material Management:
Storage facilities are kept in a good condition and of suitable size. Material was stored under appropriate condition in traceable location with proper labelling.
Cold Warehouse Temperature Control
The temperature in the cold warehouse is controlled within T 2~8°C, and monitored by Environment Monitoring System (EMS) which is validated. If the temperature is out of limit, the system will send alarm text to warehouse supervisor. When alarm received, the warehouse operator will move products and materials to other cold warehouse as immediate action. Meanwhile, the deviation process will be triggered for investigation and evaluation. The temperature trend is printed out for archiving monthly
Incoming Material Control
There are written procedures available for handling of receipt, identification, quarantine, storage, sampling, testing and approval or rejecting of the materials. When the material arrives, warehouse operators will firstly check the integrity and cleanliness of the package, the name, Lot No., supplier, quantity of the materials against qualified supplier list, delivery sheet and corresponding supplier COA.
