Paclitaxel HCL;Paclitaxel(natural crude);Paclitaxelx;N-BENZYL-BETA-PHENYLISOSERINE ESTER;PACLITAXEL, TAXUS BREVIFOLIA;PACLITAXEL, TAXUS SPECIES;PACLITAXOL;PACLITAXEL
Description
Paclitaxel is a monomeric diterpenoid extracted from the bark of the natural plant Taxus medicine. Isotope tracing showed that paclitaxel only bound to polymerized microtubules and did not react with unpolymerized tubulin dimers. After the cells are exposed to paclitaxel, a large number of microtubules will be accumulated in the cells. The accumulation of these microtubules interferes with various functions of the cells, especially the cell division stops in the mitotic phase and blocks the normal division of the cells. Through Ⅱ-Ⅲ clinical research, paclitaxel is mainly suitable for ovarian cancer and breast cancer, and also has certain curative effect on lung cancer, colorectal cancer, melanoma, head and neck cancer, lymphoma and brain tumor.
Indications
It has a good effect in the treatment of ovarian cancer and platinum and other refractory ovarian cancer and breast cancer. Cancer, upper gastrointestinal cancer, small cell and non-small cell lung cancer have a good outlook.
Usages
Use 1: Broad-spectrum anti-tumor botanicals for ovarian cancer, breast cancer, etc.
Use 2: broad-spectrum anti-tumor botanicals for the treatment of ovarian cancer, breast cancer and other diseases.
Use 3: Antitumor drugs. For the treatment of metastatic breast cancer and metastatic ovarian cancer. Broad-spectrum anti-tumor botanicals for the treatment of ovarian cancer, breast cancer and other diseases.
Use 4: Effective anti-tumor drug; binds to the N-terminal region of β-tubulin, promotes highly stable microtubule formers, resists depolymerization, prevents normal cell division and traps in the G2/M phase of the cell cycle .
Use 5: An anti-microtubule drug, inhibiting depolymerization by promoting tubulin polymerization, maintaining tubulin stability, and inhibiting cell mitosis.
